Complete and submit
application and application fee of $30.00 (cash or money order only)
for each applicant. Don't forget to bring in your
online
coupon when you apply for the apartment to receive $50.00 off
your first month's rent on participating properties!

Make appointment to
sign the lease by either
emailing us
or calling our office at 205.226.8666. This will be done in
our office (shown in the picture above - look for the green awning).

Provide cash,
certified check, or a money order for the security deposit and first
month's rent. Your first month's rent will be pro-rated if occupancy
is less than the full month. Please ask your leasing agent for the
pro-rated amount.

If a guarantor is
allowed, the guarantor will also need to fill out an application for
approval.

Activate utilities
prior to occupancy. Go to Moving Information
section for phone numbers and links to various utility
providers.
